HPM

HPM Global Limited is a Hong Kong company with the wholly owned subsidiary company HPM Manufacturing Limited located in Dongguan, China.

HPM production facility is brand new with a 4000m² workshop and 300m² office. HPM has a strong international management team with many years’ experience of advanced process technology and manufacturing. 

Highly cost competitive, Dongguan is one of the best cities globally for manufacturing with a vast array of sub-suppliers and subcontractors that are just few miles radius from HPM factory.

Excellent Service

We apply a western approach to offer international customers high quality manufacturing with excellent related support and logistics from China. We have a well function ERP system that gives our customers a good overview of our production. We can always give our customers right information about the delivery status, forecasts, and inventory.

HPM, located in Dongguan southern China, have the best opportunity to balance cost with good labor skills. We can support our customers in the development process and actively propose improvements for robust design and alterations to ensure that production is cost-efficient. 

Quality Assurance

HPM is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certified and applying this quality system in all aspects.

HPM use ERP/MES system to track all orders so we can provide our customer the progress of the orders.

IQC

Incoming quality control is one of the first step of quality control. All incoming material, including purchased material and suppliers’ products, must go through IQC procedure before transferred to warehouse. To ensure raw material requirement (e.g., chemical composition/mechanical properties/RoHS, appearance, dimension, and hardness, etc.). 

IPQC

In process quality control our quality engineers create control instruction and implement standard operation procedure to sequel the quality in production. All processes need to be documented and approved before production can start and before sending semi-product to subcontractor for surface/heat treatment. Allowable quality deviation, FQC, always follow Zero Defect Rule on critical dimension/appearance.

OQC

Outgoing quality control is performed for all goods we send to our customers. Together with the goods we provide measurement report, material certification, surface, and heat treatment reports to give our customer full information of the status on the goods. HPM have historically very good quality records and our goal is zero defects in customer site.
